Job Description:- initial project reviews, setting up QA protocol - must be project specific- regular QA inspections, suppliers, collate QA documents, report- regular QA inspections, fabrication progress, collate QA documents, report- material pre delivery QA & production monitoring, confirmation of deliveries etc.- coating /,painting QA & inspections- material testing compatibility reports, arrange / follow up, prepare project specific submission- confirm material origins, AS compliance. Specification compliance- export packing requirements, stilages inventory etc.- packing logistics & sequencing- forward project planning- liaising with shipping company, confirm costs- liaising with Sydney office, ETD / ETAPre requisites/ specific requirements:- construction industry or related manufacturing industry background- facade or glazing industry background a definite advantage- min. 3 years’ experience in QA role- fluent written & spoken English- able to liaise with suppliers, workshop team etc.- hard worker with positive attitude- team player with sound people skills
